We spent the last ten days in La. Lots of flying and trimming sessions plus the bull. I mailed two boxes home and one arrived crushed and taped up but all the small parts were missing. The carb. made it which was the main piece. The trip home was scheduled with a 2 hour layover in Atlanta which is a good piece incase of weather. The plane out of Baton Rouge had a problem in Atlanta and was 2 hours late. We arived at Atlanta at the scheduled departure time of the next flight and missed it. The airline had already put us on the next flight to Providence and that was set to leave 6 hours later. We got to see a lot of the airport in that time. We sat at the gate for 35 minutes past the departure time for a minor problem with the plane. Once in the air we gotr to Providence at 11:30 and home at 0030.
I spent 3 hours mowing the lawn, the most ever. The grass had grown 6 inches with all the rain and now lays in clumps all over the place. It will take 2 or 3 more mowings to smooth it out. Mow the field day tomorrow and horseshoes at 6:00 pm.
